I step in to offer flexible senior leadership support to fit your needs without the cost of a full-time hire.  This is usually over a set period of time and can be either full time or a few days a week, depending on your needs. My role would support and coach the marketing team in the same way an FTE would, just with more experience, flexibility and a fresh perceptive on your business.
